Lotus aren’t just at the Autosport International show this week, they’ve also got a stand at the Brussels Motor Show.

There doesn’t appear to be anything new at the show itself, but updated Technical Specifications have been published for the Elise S and Exige S, including fuel consumption and emission figures which had previously been TBC.

Elise S
Fuel Consumption (Urban): 27.3 mpg (10.3 litres per 100km)
Fuel Consumption (Extra Urban): 47.6 mpg (5.9 litres per 100km)
Fuel Consumption (Combined): 37.5 mpg (7.5 litres per 100km)
CO2 Emissions: 175g CO2 per km

Exige S
Fuel Consumption (Urban): 19.5 mpg (14.5 litres per 100km)
Fuel Consumption (Extra Urban): 37.2 mpg (7.6 litres per 100km)
Fuel Consumption (Combined): 28.0 mpg (10.1 litres per 100km)
CO2 Emissions: 236g CO2 per km

The Elise S in particular looks very good, the previous Elise SC emitted 199g CO2/km and 175g/km is even lower than the MX-5 2.0. Both are pretty reasonable given the level of performance on offer however
