SELOC has a large involvement with motor sport across many categories from karting, sprinting and track days to racing and visits to Le Mans.
SELOC Sprints
As a member of the MSA we are able to organise MSA approved sprints. Details of our 2008 series are being finalised. Our events are open to all marques and driver abilities. A guide to sprinting.
Production BMW Cup
The BMW race series, started and run by SELOC members, sees its fourth year as a national series, the races are very entertaining and the budgets are considered to be very cheap for this type of close racing. SELOC plans to follow the series once more in 2008 so watch out for the dates, see www.pbmwc.co.uk for more details.
Racing a Lotus
Members support and attend many race series that feature Lotus cars, the main ones are the Mid Engined Sports cars series and Britcar, see www.midenginedsportscars.com and www.britcar24hr.co.uk. And now, at A1 GP, the world-class TAG Heuer GT250 which is the primary support race for the global debut of the A1 Grand Prix single-seater series at Brands Hatch.
In 2008, SELOC are continuing to support the Lotus on Track Elise Trophy. Not only is this series being set up and run by some of those who founded SELOC, but many SELOC members are taking part - in fact it's expected that 90% of drivers on the grid will be SELOC members. The Elise Trophy series was launched in 2007 in conjunction with MSVR - the racing club division of Motor Sport Vision - owners of Brands Hatch and four other major circuits. LoTRDC aims to provide a friendly, safe and financially viable series for those wishing to progress from attending LoT track days into racing. The series is open by invitation to like minded Elise & VX220 owners and will be a mix of straight class racing and an exciting handicapped race.

SELOC no longer provides track days directly, however the good news is that we provide a whole range of discounts from the country's best known track day providers:
